I am a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee. I hold an SRA and AI-RRS designation from the Appraisal Institute, an MNAA designation from the National Appraisers Association. I was named to Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board for a three year term by Gov. Steve Brashear, serving as Vice Chairman my last year on the Board.
